Book Summary:

You will be punished…

Celestine North lives a perfect life. She’s a model daughter and sister, she’s well-liked by her classmates and teachers, and she’s dating the impossibly charming Art Crevan.

But then Celestine encounters a situation where she makes an instinctive decision. She breaks a rule and now faces life-changing repercussions. She could be imprisoned. She could be branded. She could be found flawed.

In her breathtaking young adult debut, bestselling author Cecelia Ahern depicts a society where perfection is paramount and flaws lead to punishment. And where one young woman decides to take a stand that could cost her everything.

My Review:

In a town where everyone must be perfect and follow the rules or they get branded as a flawed. Flaws has their own rules and limits on what they can and can’t do. In the eye of the law you must never aid and flaw at all. Celestine life is all prefect, dating the judge son, Art. The one day on the bus change her life and she could be marked as flawed. This book has some good world building going on. Celestine at first comes off annoying all the time life as a perfect and following the rules and all. Once she is marked as a flawed you see an change in her. A more caring Celestine emerge, will Art stay by her side and what will become of her family? The rules change and the life of a flawed is not as it seems to be. I the end you get to look through  the eyes of Celestine and live her life. Can you handle living as a flawed? Well read and find out for yourself. Happy Reading!
