Book Review:
Princess or adventurer.
Duty or freedom.
Her Kingdom or the Stormhunter she loves.
If Aurora knows anything, it’s that choices have consequences. To set things right, she joins a growing revolution on the streets of Pavan.
In disguise as the rebel Roar, she puts her knowledge of the palace to use to aid the rebellion. But the Rage season is at its peak and not a day passes without the skies raining down destruction. Yet these storms are different—they churn with darkness, and attack with a will that’s desperate and violent.
This feels like more than rage.
It feels like war.
My Review:
I read Roar like over two years ago. I have fallen in love with the first book. I recently reread it to get ready for Rage. If you have yet read Roar, you don’t need to read this review.
The storyline picks up where we left off in book one. Aurora finally returns to her ruin home. Now that it is run by the Locke family. Still she tries to keep her identity hidden from her fellow hunters. Now with new found powers, she must find the resistances and take back her throne. Also another threat looms, as a big stormling, is coming her way. How will Aurora keep her people safe?
This book is more action pack. Get more new characters backstories to enjoy. There also more death in this one. You get to enjoy some new point of views and discover some secrets a long the way. I’m looking forward to book three whenever that comes out. Rage comes out today. If you have yet read this series. It a good time to start.
Happy Reading!!!
