Kora’s people openly turn against her, threatening her overthrow as heir to the throne—a cursed queen who has angered Dionysus. When Dionysus puts out a challenge to kill the girl with the golden touch and burn down her kingdom, it’s not just her future on the throne in danger. Kora’s life and entire kingdom are now on contract.
As bold and brave as ever, Kora sets out to find Dionysus, the very person who is trying to kill her, on the mysterious disappearing island of Jipper. Kora has no other choice. My Review:

A Curse of Gold is book two of A Touch of Gold series. I really did enjoy both books of Annie Sullivan. Enjoyed the fun geek mythology history in it. The covers for both are so pretty and gold. Did enjoy how much the characters has grown since the first book also.

I really liked how much Kora has learn to accept her role and not hide anymore in A Curse of Gold. She still have her fears and doubts her people might not love her. When the kingdom gets attack, Kora must prove once to her kingdom she not this monster.

The book really starts off action pack from the beginning to the end. Kora willing sacrifice herself to protect everyone and she puts so much pressure on being a great leader this time around. The cover design is also very pretty with the crown and all. I was happy to have read all of Annie Sullivan’s books so far and fall in love with the world she write. Also I do enjoy some geek mythology history in this series. I hope there is a book three. Thanks so much TBR and Beyond for letting me apart of this tour.

Happy Reading!!!!
