My Review:

What would you do, when your best friend starts acting weird?

Abby and Gretchen are best friends since they where little. They done mostly everything together. Also have a bond over their love of ET. Then one night with their friends, everything changes. Gretchen starts acting out and looking different. She hardly been sleeping. Abby feels that something bad happen to her that night she disappeared. Will she be able to save her friend?

My Best Friend Exorcism takes you back to the 80s. It was such a fun read from the beginning to the end. Did brought back some of childhood memories. Which makes me feel very old reading this. You got the high school drama, strict parents in the 80s. Plus you dealing with a demon. I like the bond between Abby and Gretchen in the book. Also I like the cover the book so much. Will read more books by Grady Hendrix. His books are full of twists and crazy fun.

My Best Friend Exorcism is going to be a movie on Amazon prime. So you might want to ride the book before the movie. Get ready to relieve the 80s!!!

My Review:

Violet Made of Thorns was such a good read. The storyline was magical and so much fun. Lots of characters to fall in love with. Also I do love the cover so much. I’m looking forward to book two.

Violet I liked in the book a lot. She is the seer for the kingdom and a liar. Since she saved the prince years ago, she becomes the King’s favorite and is use to lie about stuff. When she has a dream something bad is coming, she willing to do anything to save herself.

Cyrus, which I love him so much. He always butting heads with Violet and don’t trust her gifts. He is force to get marry to save the kingdom. As a deadly prophecy, claim his fate. He puts up with Violet, since years ago she saved his life. Since he is holding back his feeling abd fighting them. In the end will the prophecy win.

This was a fast pace story. Which I love so much. Not a huge slow burn fan myself. This was a very quick read and get sucked in pretty good. Like any fantasy read there be some fun twists and slow burn romance. This book is such a good fantasy, hope some readers enjoyed it.
