So Busy With Life

Recently been so busy with work, then crashing early. So behind on some review. Then taking care of Bella for a couple of day because she gotta sick. So some pictures will have Snowball to replace her at times. Even my co-blogger needs a break.

Recently came from NYC from a signing event. Which was fun.

Then getting my August books reads together also. Hopefully sometime this month will start setting up giveaways. Got three reviews to do. One an adult thriller book, if you guys don’t mind me posting that. Sorry for grammar, just tired and got back from NYC. Trying hard to keep blog as active as I can.

Wine & Dine Event In NYC

So on Saturday I had a great time at a signing event on a rooftop. It was a first for me. Before the event got to walk around to the book stores with Justin and Laura. First off we hit book off an great used book store. Plus they have dvds, manga and other stuff used. Then off to the Strand another used and new bookstore. Which they had tons of new releases out already for this month. They always have books out early. Then went to midtown comics first time ever. I found my rare doctor who pop. Which I can’t get until. My friend Justin was nice and me it. Just have to wait until Christmas to get it. 

So after Doctor Who fun we head to the rooftop bar in NYC. Gonna said if it were not have been for Laura we would have been so lost. We got meet some new book friends. The event was very nice. Our main goal was to see C.J Redwine. There were other authors there that I had no clue about. But we did talk and mingle with people and got to check out some new reads. So it was awesome CJ Redwine knows me from her facebook. She was so chill and lay back author. You know authors are just like us. Gonna say CJ Redwine won the shake it off battle that. If you ever met her she a Taylor Swift fan. Will leave you off on some of the fun pictures I took and the books I got sign and book haul. Happy Reading!

Signing Event with Elise Kova

So my barnes and nobles just host Elise Kova last night. Love when do signing events all the time there. Can say the staff and the event planner are so kind and sweet there. It was great meeting some old faces in the crowd. Not very good with people names but will work on it. Enough about the people let’s get to Elise Kova event. Well thanks to some nice thunderstorms last night she was running a late, but she did bring some awesome book swag and a poster with her. Found out that her book is only a three book series sadly. Lucky in December we shall not have to wait long for the third book. Hope she to comes back to my barnes and nobles soon for another event or just to just hang out. While waiting for my ride I got to talking a little to the author. You know shy person me, was so tongue ties the whole time. Some hot guy wanted me to explain Elise book, lucky I am glad he listen to me and talk to the author. Even he bought the book and got it sign. So it was an pretty awesome event. If you have yet read Elise Kova book I suggest you do, here is the review of her first book, The Alchemists of Loom (Loom Saga #1) by Elise Kova.
